PLACING YOUR ORDER

ORDER CONFIRMED

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the Order Number. You can check the most current status of your order at any time.

ORDER SHIPPED

As soon as your order is dispatched to your delivery address, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

ORDER RECEIVED

You will receive your order within the time frame selected at checkout.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING METHOD

Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed, pending availability and credit verification using your preferred shipping method.

  • Standard (5-8 Business days)
  • Express (2-3 Business days)

For international orders or if you need to place an order for a rush shipment, please contact Customer Care at customercare@ylianayepez.com

We are not able to combine multiple orders or make any changes to your order once it is placed online.

Due to international regulations, we cannot ship items made of exotic skins to California or outside of the United States. To continue with your purchase, you would need to ship to a different destination address. If you have questions about shipping restrictions, please contact Customer Care at customercare@ylianayepez.com.

RETURNS

Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date, for items that were purchased on YLIANAYEPEZ.COM. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging. For assistance in exchanges, returns and re-orders please contact Customer Care at customercare@ylianayepez.com.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.

 

  1. Email customercare@ylianayepez.com to submit a return request.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a reply with instructions on how to proceed. You must complete your return within 5 business days.
  3. Drop off your package at an appropriate courier location. If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice.
  4. You will receive an email from YLIANA YEPEZ Customer Care- confirming that your return has been received and refund is being processed. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.

    SALES TAX

    United States Sales Tax if applicable is calculated based on the final shipping address.

    CLEANING AND CARE

    Our handbags are made of the highest quality leather and exotic skins. Variations in color and feel are characteristic of each material and unique to each bag. Please store your handbag in the dustbag provided and stuffed with tissue paper to maintain the shape when not in use. With normal wear your bag may darken over time and become soft. We recommend keeping your bag away from water, direct sunlight and exposure to makeup, oils, lotions and perfumes as these can stain the leather and are difficult to remove. In the case that your bag does become stained, we recommend taking it to a leather care professional, please do not use any leather cleaning products.

    YLIANA YEPEZ stands behind its merchandise.  In the event of manufacturing defect please contact customercare@ylianayepez.com and one of our in-house liason will be in touch within 2 business days with information on how to proceed.
