SHIPPING
SHIPPING METHOD
- Purchase orders over $350 USD get free standard shipping worldwide.
- We utilize a few different couriers to ship all over the world.
- Delivery times begin 2-3 business days after the order is placed, pendin availability and credit verification using your preferred shipping method.
- Standard (5-8 Business days) / Express (2-3 Business days)
- We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships.
- If you order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for the shipping back.
- For international orders or if you need to place an order for a rush shipment, please contact Customer Care at customercare@ylianayepez.com
- Due to international regulations, we cannot ship items made of exotic skins to California or outside of the United States. To continue with your purchase, you would need to ship to a different destination address. TAXES AND DUTIES CHARGES
- Local taxes, charges and duties are subject to all International orders. If applicable, any such costs and fees will be added and charged once your item reaches its destination. The added fees must and should be paid by the recipient once their product arrives. We cannot predict these fees and have zero control over them.
- Any additional charges on your order are not our responsibility and we cannot be held accountable. For this reason, we are unable to accept a return of the order. These policies vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for supplementary information.
- If you reject to pay these fees, your package may be abandoned, and we cannot be liable for any loss of funds because of this incidence
RETURNS /EXCHANGE
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging (including boxes and dustbags) with tags still attached. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are deemed damaged - scratched, worn or not in their original packaging.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded.
YLIANA YEPEZ reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our return requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense and a refund will not be issued.
For international orders, if an item is returned because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, YLIANA YEPEZ will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by YLIANA YEPEZ. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Please allow up to 4-7 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received by our warehouse.
Returning Your Order
For Domestic return requests, please submit your return request by sending an email to customercare@ylianayepez.com.
Once you have submitted a return request, you will be provided with a complimentary shipping label and return authorization available via email. Original shipping costs are non–refundable. Please do not ship your return back without a return authorization. It will not be processed.
A $20 restocking fee will be deducted from returns where a refund is processed. Please note that if you choose to exchange your order, the restocking fee will be waived.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

SALES TAX
United States Sales Tax if applicable is calculated based on the final shipping address.
CARE
CLEANING AND CARE
Our handbags are made of the highest quality leather. Variations in color and feel
are characteristic of each material and unique to each bag.
Please store your handbag in the dust bag provided and stuffed with tissue paper
to maintain the shape when not in use.
With normal wear your bag may darken over time and become soft. We
recommend keeping your bag away from water, direct sunlight and exposure to
makeup, oils, lotions, and perfumes as these can stain the leather and are
difficult to remove.
In the case that your bag does become stained, we recommend taking it to a
leather care professional, please do not use any leather cleaning products.

YLIANA YEPEZ stands behind its merchandise. In the event of manufacturing
defect please contact customercare@ylianayepez.com, or send a message to

house liaison will be in touch within 2 business days with information on how to
