TAXES AND DUTIES CHARGES

- Exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
- If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.

CLEANING AND CARE
Our handbags are made of the highest quality leather. Variations in color and feel
are characteristic of each material and unique to each bag.
Please store your handbag in the dust bag provided and stuffed with tissue paper
to maintain the shape when not in use.
With normal wear your bag may darken over time and become soft. We
recommend keeping your bag away from water, direct sunlight and exposure to
makeup, oils, lotions, and perfumes as these can stain the leather and are
difficult to remove.
In the case that your bag does become stained, we recommend taking it to a
leather care professional, please do not use any leather cleaning products.
