Shipping at this time is only available within the United States and we are unable to ship orders to APO, FPO, U.S Territories. Orders made to any of these addresses will not be fulfilled.

We are not able to combine multiple orders or make any changes to your order once it is placed online.

Due to international regulations, we cannot ship items made of exotic skins to California or outside of the United States. Our Online Store gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the delivery date. We do not offer exchanges- but will gladly assist with a return and re-order. Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging included. Items are purchased on YLIANAYEPEZ.COM.


  1. Email [email protected] to submit a return request. You will receive a reply with instructions on how to complete your return within 2 business days.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions and paperwork that must be included in your package, along with a FedEx return label. Print both. Attach FedEx label to the outside of your return package and enclose the return authorization form inside the box.
  3. Drop off your package at a FedEx location. If you prefer, you may ship the return package at your charge, using a courier of your choice.
  4. You will receive an email from Yliana Yepez Customer Care- confirming that your return has been received and refund is being processed. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Please allow your financial institution up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.


United States Sales Tax if applicable is calculated based on the final shipping address.



Our handbags are made of the highest quality leather and exotic skins. Variations in color and feel are characteristic of each material and unique to each bag. Please store your handbag in the dustbag provided and stuffed with tissue paper to maintain the shape when not in use. With normal wear your bag may darken over time and become soft. We recommend keeping your bag away from water, direct sunlight and exposure to makeup, oils, lotions and perfumes as these can stain the leather and are difficult to remove. In the case that your bag does become stained, we recommend taking it to a leather care professional, please do not use any leather cleaning products.
