One of the hardest things for me about designing is when I have to create silhouettes that will have YLIANA YEPEZ name on them.
I spend a great deal of time thinking about the shape in which I can put the logo on the front panel of the bag without it being too obvious.
The new “Quilt” collection is the final result of this process, corrugated lines and thick stitching that forms the YY outline in a subtle way.
The metal accents of this bag were specifically created to achieve versatility, in addition to personalized touches in titanium and gold colors.
When we create a pattern like this, it’s designed to last a long time in the brand—which is why it takes so much time and care to create.
