When your Best Friend is the Designer

I want to introduce you to one of my best friends in NYC, Michelle Smith designer of the brand MILLY.
As a newbie in NYC Michelle was so welcoming and made me feel at home in so little time! She always brings her kindness and sweetness to whatever she does. She guided me and opened many doors for me and we have been inseparable ever since. It’s also very cool to have partner in Crime to go to fashion events to!
Her and I met since both of our daughters went to the same nursery school, what was just a casual friendship taking our daughters on play dates to central park grew into something much more, a lifetime friendship.

Clearly they are going to work at their mommy’s fashion houses!
Supporting each other daily on our work and personal life is the reason why I feel so proud and blessed to be able to go to her NYFW presentation and see her hard work showcased to the public!
